"Do you think it’s easy to find happiness?" [x]

Wow… Honestly can I take a second to say this. In all the quotes I have heard Benedict say in interviews about things that make him happy or things he finds interesting this is the first that Benedict’s words have never been more true in my personal life currently.

For years I have literally been trying to search for happiness. Think if I go find happiness it will just gone quicker to me. Maybe because I am 24 almost 25 and for most of my life I imagined myself married and getting ready to start a family at 25. And every time somethings fails I get sad. I get depressed and just think to myself that I will never find someone and get married and have kids with. I get really upset and it makes me cry.

So thank you Benedict for saying those words. These words really ring true to me and how I wish you knew how much they spoke to me.

I think that a lot of the reason Jarvis has become so human is because Tony treats him like he’s human. Tony talks to Jarvis in a very colloquial way. He says “you up?” when he knows damn well that Jarvis is operational. He says “throw a little hot-rod red in there” instead of “paint components x, y, and z with red paint #20.” Tony treats all his machinery like that—Dummy and You, especially—and Jarvis is no exception.

Jarvis has become much more human since Iron Man 1. He actually displayed emotions in Iron Man 3—specifically when he feared for Tony’s life, his voice sounded terribly frightened, and in instances like the second gif where he said “I need to sleep” and not “My battery is depleted.” Jarvis has grown and changed, as any self-aware creature does. He has become human because he is treated as such.
